Let’s talk breakfast β because for a lot of people, it’s the meal that gets skipped, rushed, or completely forgotten about in the chaos of the morning.
And honestly? That’s not because people don’t want to eat breakfast. It’s because most options either take too long, don’t keep you full, or just aren’t that exciting. Toast gets old fast. Cereal leaves you hungry by 9am. And who has time to cook eggs every morning?
This one changes that. The Peanut Butter & Jelly Overnight Weet-Bix is the breakfast you prep the night before or a few days in advance and wake up genuinely looking forward to. It’s delicious, sweet, packed with protein, and tastes like a dessert.

Prep it the night before β Spend 5 minutes before bed and wake up to breakfast already done. No thinking, no rushing, just grab and go. If you forget to make it the night before, you can make it the morning off and it still tastes great !
Frozen strawberries work just as well β and they’re often cheaper and just as nutritious as fresh. A quick 30 second microwave and they’re perfect for mashing.
Choose a good quality peanut butter β look for one that’s just peanuts and salt with no added oils or sugar. A natural peanut butter that stirs well is key here so you can drizzle and swirl it through the yoghurt easily. It makes every bite a mix of flavours and honestly makes it look incredible.
Opt for a high protein yoghurt β YoPro, Chobani Fit and Pauls Protein+ all work perfectly here. You’re aiming for around 15g of protein per serve so check the label before you buy. Then just pick whichever one is special that week.
This is exactly what eating well should look like. Not boring breakfast like Vegemite on toast that leaves you hungry again an hour later. This is food you prepare the night before, go to bed thinking about, and wake up genuinely excited to eat.
